STFS Photo Competition 2011

STFS runs a photo competition every year for F1 and F2 doctors in order to build an image bank of photographs suitable for use on the STFS website and in other associated publications/sites. 

All of the photos submitted are reviewed, and those selected for use will receive a £25 Amazon gift certificate.  In addition, the winning entry will be used on the cover of the 2012-13 STFS prospectus.  All photographs selected for use will receive an acknowledgement on the STFS website.

The Photo Competition Rules are:

• Photos can contain only staff/trainees, no patients
• Anyone within the photograph must sign a consent form (available below - copy to be submitted with the photos)

Your submission cannot be considered without completing the consent form in full and returning it to us with yourphotographs. Typed signatures will not be accepted.

We should be grateful if you would submit any photos via e-mail, together with a consent form, by Friday 8 July 2011.
