Transfer of Information

All STFS foundation doctors are required to complete a Transfer of Information questionnaire before the beginning of both their F1 and F2 years. The Transfer of Information process is designed to allow foundation doctors to highlight to their foundation training programme director (FTPD) issues that might be relevant to their training.

The Transfer of Information process is a wholly supportive process.
