Foundation Faculty Induction

STFS provides a formal, half-day induction aimed at all new members of trust staff dealing with foundation training. It is expected that all new members of staff, including administrative staff and FTPDs, should attend one of these inductions as soon as possible after they start.

Each STFS office holds one foundation faculty induction session per year, dates for which are advertised via STFS eUpdate and e-mail. 

The induction programme is delivered by the STFS director/associate director and managers with appropriate representation/support from KSS & London Deaneries, KSS Deanery education department and the KSS careers team.

Dates for the 2012 foundation faculty inductions are:

• 16 May 2012 (Tooting) - 14:00-17:00
• October TBC 2012 (London Bridge) - 14:00-17:00

The induction session for 27 February 2012 (Brighton) at 14:00-17:00 has been cancelled. 

We will however be facilitating two parallel sessions during the morning before the Faculty Briefing, March 20th 2012 which commence at (9.00am-11.00am)
