There are eight other seminar rooms all different sizes and all come with A V equipment and smart boards. One of the rooms has video conference availability and is used regularly. There are also three clinical teaching rooms, which comprise resuscitation room, mock ward and clinical skills room, which are used for all clinical teaching within the Trust.

These latter, modern rooms include both en suite and shared facilities accommodation and are situated at the north-east end of the site no more than a hundred yards or so from the centre of the hospital.

Social activities

As well as monthly events organised by the mess, Kingston Hospital is a very social and friendly work place, with regular impromptu gatherings after work. This year we have organised a number of nights out including a bowling trip, and in June we hosted a successful summer ball, with over 150 people attending from all departments and professions.
